The weapons' division of the esteemed [REDACTED] corporation was known for their eccentric and outlandish ideas for the armaments of mecha units. Production on the TL2 Core series began with the inclusion of powerful coil motors that could manipulate high tensile strength fiber cables. This technology was built into the 01 series of units know as the Gallows Arbiter(s). Using braided fiber cabling, the round clawed appendages on the manipulator units could be wielded like ranged whips, cutting through targets with terrifying efficiency. These cables could also support heavy payloads which made the Arbiters perfect for stealth ambushes amidst jungle or forested terrain. Deployed units would hang from the branches high above targets using their arms and wait for their hapless targets to pass below. The coil manipulator engines would eventually be scaled to a smaller size which enabled the limbs to be implemented on other mecha units as well.
