Okay, I believe most have blank links in the description. However this one doesn't seem to.
All you'd need to do is get any art program. Even MS Paint will work find. Colour pick the speech bubbles, and colour over the words. Then just add your translated words!

Does sans wear two different coats in your style? Because in the one with him hovering a bone above his hand, fur is on his coat. But in all others, it's just a normal coat.
