Honestly, Sans going to the room where he and Papyrus share (cause it’s something they always did) and to find it locked, and to go to the other room to sleep, really hurts me.

Dustjar is its own separate thing, I'm pretty sure. But even then, monsters do turn to dust a few days to weeks after Falling Down anyway. It's a coma that fades into death.

I feel like this is getting close to the point of Game. Soon he'll realized what to do or not do and see how it goes but try to be prepared and know (or something idk how to put it lol).

This is actually the perfect way to explain Sans's mood throughout the game. He appears normal and blase around Papyrus, which could easily be his attempt to patch over what's happened due to this, and when the player talks to him (at different times, and depending upon their actions) you see glimpses of this depressed, hopeless mood. Great job, Zarla, for thinking this out so well!
