Can't help but wonder how a genocide route in this AU would go? how the brothers would react?

Here's what I think: I think at the beginning of the battle, the brothers actually take your side, telling Toriel that you should have the choice of whether or not to leave the Ruins. The brothers then proceed to give you various hints throughout the battle, such as "PLEASE DON'T HIT MY MOM" from Papyrus, indicating you should try to SPARE her, and "quit moving, kid" from Sans when you hit low health, indicating that the fireballs will miss you.
PACIFIST ROUTE: Sans and Papyrus both thank you for taking their advice, and promise Toriel that they will watch the human. Toriel cries and hugs all three of them, and from there on out, buddies! Papyrus will give you hints to help solve puzzles and Sans can give you hints on to how to ACT around various monsters or if you should FIGHT them. He may or may not leave if you ignore this advice.
Neutral Route: If the fight ends with Tori alive, same thing as Pacifist. If you kill Toriel, the fight doesn't end like it does in canon. Instead, it immediately shifts to Papyrus, asking "Did you mean to do that, human?" You can SPARE him immediately, in which case, the following dialogue pops up after battleβ¦
*You tell Papyrus that it was an accident, and that you did not expect her to die.
The brothers proceed to argue about what to do. The argument would eventually settle on Sans staying away from "Our mothers murderer," but Papyrus saying that he won't abandon you and helping you out. So, you'd still have Papy's help, but you'd be completely on your own for fights. If you KILL Papyrus (you heartless being) then Sans will yell at you furiously for killing both his mother AND his brother. He pulls out a Gaster Blaster, calling you a murderer and intending to kill you, but he stops. After another glare, he says this: "Prove yourself. SPARE the others." Then he teleports offscreen, and you don't see him again until judgement, which is pretty much the same as canon.
Genocide Route: When you kill Toriel and Papyrus, Sans initially does nothing except give you his infamous no eyed death glare. He then teleports, and you don't see him again until, once again, judgement. This is his dialogue before the ultimate showdown: "Human. Before you came here, there was a scientist. He did the impossible, he created monster life. But the children he created were nothing more than tools, to be experimented with. No more than toys to him. They had no one but each other. I had no one but my brother. But a womanβ¦a woman of infinite mercy and kindness, a woman of endless unconditional love, a mother to everyone she came acrossβ¦she came and she saved us. Both of us. Mom, Papyrus, and I were the perfect family. They were all I had. And. You. Took. Them. From. Me. But that wasn't enough for you, was it? You took everyone else away from me. I have no one. Not even Gaster. I am alone. And I will make you pay." Then all hell breaks loose. Turns out Sans initially teleported to the lab, and asked Gaster to upgrade his weaponry. Here's to hoping you SAVED, because this is gonna be harder than canon. When you defeat him, though, these are his last words: "Mom? Papyrus? I'm sorry. I couldn't protect you. I'm sorryβ¦" and then he turns to dust.
So, yeah, my personal headcanon. I have too much time on my hands.

I'd imagine very similar to the one that does exist. Papyrus tries to befriend you. Sans fight at the end. Really it's just a change of location and some dialogue

How I see it is Papyrus would have all the puzzles. Kill him then you have to face a raging and sad goat mom. Kill her and have to face Sans at the exit to the underground or In the judgement hall.

Nah, I got a Skeleton of em myself. I know how Toriel them in. I like to use them when the moment's right. As you can see, Papy managed to shock himself, so stunningly, I felt charged to plug some puns in the comments. Does that make sense?
