Just some more childhood adventures, haha. Even a careful baby isn't that coordinated! Sans isn't hurt or anything, he just got startled or overloaded or something like that. Not hard to do for babies! They'll shake it off in a few minutes.Index

Sans propably just fell over.
I imagine Papyrus pulling at his arm (playing something like catch) and Sans fighting himself free. Then he falls over - THUD - and starts crying, not actually being hurt but just startled because he fell. Small kids do that a lot.

Yes it is. Especially if they land on the ground (not hurting themselves of cause) and then they look absolutely befuddled to their mothers to see what the appropiate reaction to it is. Like "Oh god, what happend? Should I cry now?"
