I think that the feet really work in making him look aquatic - sort of like a frog or a duck but I also think that they look a little loose, like they'd fall off easily- maybe if you add a blue base to the feet so that it connects the fins more firmly to the rest of the foot it will make them look more solid. Alternatively, you could run the raised parts of the webbing up the leg more and fade them a bit at the top, that would make the connection look more solid as well.

Either way, that's just my opinion and since it's your character it's more important for them to look they way you want than for them to be technically feasible

I noticed one thing when I was uploading so I changed the feet again and they might look more connected now.

Well, I think I will keep changing it. So instead of disturbing you, I will tell you when I am finished (for sometime).
