The big coaches from Bachmann's Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends range have plastic interior sections, but they don't add much due to being completely bare. But I found, in downloadable form, a papercraft interior originally meant for PECO's Kitmaster BR Mark 1 coaches which I then adapted.
