Perspective's a bit skewed on the scythe (looks smaller than it ought to), but other than that this is phenomenal. Nobody's home in that head...at least nobody we'd care to talk to...

A great picture of Scarecrow. 
I especially like the coloration. Beautiful strong colors and good shadow tion.
His style is great. The details are very nice. The claw hand looks really chic.

Why does the picture give me a wave of awesomeness out of the screen?! Because it's PERFECT! The work on the detail of his costume is just amazing. And how you actually surrounded the smoke with a lineart is incredible. It makes the picture looking even MORE professional! Also love the shading and his pose in general. Brilliant work! I totally love it.
