Woman in red kimono...Used a Ayumi Hamasaki picture as reference.
Saw her picture on my bro's desktop and decided to do a vector art of it.
Took me quite a while to finish it. Stopped a couple of times cos i was too lazy to continue

I usually don't comment on popular pieces because I know the artist's inbox is already flooded, but I'm really impressed by this work... Vector art usually leaves me somewhat disappointed and wanting more from a piece than its able to offer, but yours is truly amazing. The little details of the piece, such as the subtle gradients of color around the eye and on the kimono, really make it. My only quip is that the leaves look like a staple adobe stamp and are sadly over used. The concept is great though... maybe if you had made your own foliage patterns? All in all, wonderful job.
