I'm seeing a lot of StarCraft and Mass Effect comments. To me it seems more like a cross between Sam Fisher and Samus Aran.

Looks good, though I suggest you add in some shadow on her face (from her hair) and maybe a bit around her collar - without it her face seems a bit cut-and-pasted.
