Had this idea before I went on hols, and started it a couple of weeks ago. Grabbed my Canon G6, pulled some gnarly hand shapes, and then sat infront of a mirror screaming for a bit, until I found a better image on Stckxchg to use as reference. Finished today in 4 hours straight, after getting back from aforementioned hols.
As usual with my fantasy/horror stuff, painted in Photoshop CS with my Wacom.

Technically wonderful, but then I've come to expect that from you. The spider-i-ness of the fingers clawing out of the mouth is chilling!! As are the fingers digging into the flesh of the face.
