Ah, I feel your pain. My freaking scanner didn't work for 2 monthes, suddenly worked for roughly a day, then when I shut down my computer for the night an tried it againt the next day, it wouldn't work and hasn't since. It tries to download application list and it fails. every. freaking. time. it doesnt matter if it's wireless or on usb, it won't freaking work!!! idk what to do!!!!
if you know, please help...oh and good luck on your scanner issues!

haha, we just got a new scanner. And the only time my old one wouldn't work it wasn't properly plugged in...but if you're having THIS much difficulty, I'm not sure what the problem is.

maybe you have too much data in your computer. when my computer suddenly shut down I found out that it had too much data in it(extra files, history, pop ups,cookies etc.) when I finally deleated that stuff my computer started to act normal again(for alittle while).
If that doesn't work you could call the company and ask for help(they may even replace your computer for a better one!)

I'll attempt that. If I recall, when I went on a deleting surge last year it worked for a pretty long time. It's PROBABLY the reason. The ONLY problem is I share THAT computer with my family and my sister refuses to get rid of her useless crap....well...she doesn't get on that comp TOO often....
Lets see how long it takes her to notice...
