Stray Cat Poke'mon
Normal Type 1'8" 45.5lbs

Poke'dex:
This stray cat poke'mon is often found rummaging through trash cans in the city searching for food. A very territorial poke'mon, Chowl will often fight with other poke'mon over the smallest things it lays claim over.

Its leg, arm and tail are bandaged from all of the fights it gets into, and on its ear and tail, you can see where this poke'mon has suffered injury from battling its rival poke'mon, Houndour.

A spritely poke'mon, Chowl, while not one of the fastest, are very agile and limber in a battle, able to move quickly, and recover from injury without much rest time.

Chowl's signature attack is "Claw Sharpen" which it uses ot raise its attack drastically. If Chowl uses a move such as "Scratch" after using Claw Sharpen, the moves power doubles.

Here it is! After MANY (and boy do I mean many) revisions of this poke'mon, I finally created a version I could come to love! <3

I loved the idea of a straycat poke'mon, slinking its way into the garbage cans of the city, searching for the fish bones of Magikarp outside restaurants, then scurrying down the alley to protect its turf.

So I really tried to come up with a homely looking cat, while at the same time not make it too complicated, and still be cute. Basically, Chowl and its evolution are as to Rattata, Sentret and Bidoof are to the other regions.
