Poke'dex:
The water form of Kelsius is achieved when you breed a Farenfite and a Ditto to produce a Kelsius egg. If you bring the egg to the Northern region of Chubu and hatch it, you will produce the water form of Kelsius.

Kelsius in its water form is much different from the fire form. It is very quiet, and doesn't make much sound, even in battle. It is said that Kelsius the water form is much like the ripples on the calm of the water. You can see the movement, but hear no sound, because the soul of water is so calm.

However, its attacks are another story! Kelsius from an early point learn the attack "Hydro Pump" a very powerful water attack if you're in the knowledge, and also learn "Rain Dance" making their water attacks even more powerful!

Though Kelsius' water form is a very smart and strong poke'mon, it prefers to do the minimal in battle unless it is forced ot play rough. This is why most of the time it will use an attack like "Water Gun" or "Pound" to attack the opponent. Kelsius' moveset is a strange mix of very powerful and very weak moves. This is much like the nature of water itself.

So Kelsius is one of those odd, yet adorable poke'mon I created. The idea is that in the Mizou Shrine there is a little girl who hangs around named the "Doll Master" and when you capture or breed doll poke'mon you can bring them to her for her to see and reap rewards. There will also be a section in the Chubu Dex just for viewing doll poke'mon.

I wanted to base Kelsius off of the old 20's fashion for little girls. I hope I succeeded somewhat. ^^'
