Poke'dex:
Halagon is known as the "Total Darkness" poke'mon for its ability to create total darkness on the battlefield, simulating a night-like experience, using small orbs of black light energy to not only shine the little light Halagon allows in battle, but it will throw them at the opponent like small stars exploding with great impact! Thus Halagon's signature attack is known as "Black Star".

It is possibly one of the worst attacks to suffer from, as it induces a "Blindness" state, cutting all attacks down to a 10% hit rate for 5 turns! If Halagon uses "Leech Seed" in cohersion with this, then saps the opponents energy with "Giga Drain" the opponent doesn't stand a chance.

Halagon is a dragon from the deepest darkest shoals along the Sea of Night. Sailors and travellers tend to steer clear of this area, as even high energy beams of light barely make a dent on the darkness in the area, which seems to stick to the very air.

Light energy bothers Halagon extremely, and may rouse up its potential ability "Shadow Shield". For every Light-type attack which hits Halagon, its Shadow Shield will absorb half the damage, then after three turns it will tack on that damage to its attack. If Halagon chooses not to attack, the shadow energy from the shield disspitates from its aura.

I wanted Darhalo's evolution to be unexpected. Something powerful, that would be reminiscent of strange evolutions in the past.

So I chose a dragon. I know, not too original, but I think I did a decent job with the design and color choices. I really want to do a battle pic with Halagon, or one of it sleeping in a cave with one angry eye open.

The more I look at Halagon, the more I like it. ^-^
