I hope anyone who reads this takes my advice and never trusts anything you say. I've been told numerous times over the past 2 years that you're sending the product I paid for and yet every few months when I ask for an update you never respond. Yet when I post comments stating your a scammer and a thief you tend to reply stating the same things over and over and say you'll send it out. You're just scamming and if people read the previous comments it's a common theme with you.

No one should buy from you!! I purchased a red hood helmet back in 2015 and never received it and you refuse to give a refund or send the item paid for. It's all a scam.

Hi guys!
Many of you may have noticed that we've been absent from deviantart (haven't even logged in for months).
We'd had some health issuesΒ which limited the time we had for social media/communication.
Thankfully we're back on our feet, my wife is back in the studio with me helping in production (having been absent for the last year due to illness) and we have a new administration team in effect dealing with communication whilst we focus on production.
As such we have removed all previous comments, good and bad, in order to limit the maintenance required over social media.

Just so everyone here knows, Laban did indeed send the refunds out a few days ago, like he said he would. He is also updating Facebook with batch information for those who are still awaiting items. It's probably best to keep an eye on that page from now on.
I genuinely think that they've just had an overload of orders for the same item and are trying their best to catch up. So here's hoping that everyone will be happy in the end.

Well, not me directly. It was a message left on Facebook for everyone waiting for refunds. It's not there anymore though. It was updated with a message about a batch of helmets being sent out.

You're lucky if you're still within the time, for those of us who waited the full term of the delivery period are now not able to claim back through PayPal. The options are to wait for the items to be delivered or take legal action, which is also easily done.
As for me, I'm willing to give Laban a chance to get sorted out, all things considered, and resolve this in good time, but if it gets really silly, well. Thankfully not many people see the angry me. I will be furious!

You just can't advertise more and more new products while you are unable to ship out old orders. That just doesn't seem right. Eventually I got a response and a bit refund but still no helmet. Gotta contact them by the end of the week again. I thought showing them my anger would finally quick things up but nope.

Thanks, good luck getting your money back. I think mine is lost to me by now. I just hope others see this and avoid these guys. Hate the fact that people these days will scam and steal from others.

Lil update: After I made a tumblr post about their horrible service they finally decided to respond to me, still saying my helmet will be shipped soon. We'll see.

Hi, similar story, got a reply with the promise of delivery and a postal tracking number but nothing for several more weeks.
I think they are trying (that's no excuse for their current level of customer service) but maybe they are struggling to meet their targets.
I still have faith that they will fulfill their orders but maybe they need the constant reminding from their customers.

Guess what arrived without any further notice, at the wrong adress, with the wrong color? Right, my helmet. Still mad for the terrible service, but the thing indeed is worth it's money.
