Oh dear I am a bit late on answering this....
Honestly, I am having a bit of trouble with this myself. I have resolved to getting my own printer that can print the size I want double sided. The initial investment is expensive but the price is a lot lower than the print shop I have been going to. Of course this means I have to staple all the pamphlets together myself but, c'est la vie. (I have a binding stapler just for that.)
I will say it's best to look locally wherever you are first before trying something online. If you're just doing text then it might be best to do 8.5x11 booklets and have a print shop do it but unfortunately I can't give a better answer than that.

So, what's the name and design of your traditional Β animation wheel? and paper?
also which flash program do you use for your traditional animations?Β

My traditional animation wheel is an Artograph (Brand) with acme pegs. I get the paper online from lightfootltd.
To compile the traditional frames into digital video I usually just import them into Adobe Flash (now called adobe Animate). It's also a digital animation program.
