well..to be honest i havent been feeling like my self for a while..im getting treatment and stuff tho and im felling a bit better...on top of that ive also havent submitted anything new due to lack of inspiration.no ideas coming mind.

Oh dear, that's awful. You might want to update your journal to see what is going right now.
If people have lack of inspiration or ideas and the fact that people won't at least do a limited amount of free sketches or free commissions when they don't have the time to do so, I don't think that people will get anywhere.
