I am browsing through your worldbuilding documents, and as a geologist/biologist/science fiction and fantasy writer, I'm really pleased to find work that takes the concept of a living, changing world and applies it to fantasy. I'll have to find the time to go through the rest, but I am really interested.

Sorry it took so long, but thank you for faving my work!  I like your geometrics; the remind me of the Moorish designs I saw and admired in Spain.

Ironically, I have a lot of those kinds of tilings in the tiles bathrooms (among other places) in my house. I live in California, in an old spanish-style house; the arabic influence in Iberia all those centuries ago makes itself known in the decorative tiles, ironwork, and other design aspects of the spanish style.

I am told that the Navajo squash-blossom design came from the Spanish who got it from the Moors.
