All my work is essentially done in Photoshop CS4. I've started using/learning Corel Painter 11 as well. Sometimes I start with a scanned in pencil sketch, but not that often any more.

No one in particular. I have an account to Lydia.com, which is helpful, and I troll here, Conceptart.org, and CGhub.com for as much info as I can get for free. Then, otherwise I just spend a lot of time looking at and inspecting art that I like and appreciate. Hope that helps you.
