I hope you improve a lot, , you've improved compared to the first drawing but I suggest you to use the shading or use color more ''fluffy'' because some of them annoy the eyes (like the green of the hair, in your ''height drawing''). This is just a help, have a nice day :) (Smile) .

Sometimes I use Ms Paint and now I'm practicing with Paint Tool Sai (with mouse of course, I don't have a tablet)
