You have improved a lot from when you first started. Must ask what advice would you give something who wants to learn doing characters in a pose and how to improve figure drawing?

Practice. That's all there is.
And use photo references (or even better, real people) instead of copying poses from another drawing.
Copying from another drawing will make it likely for you to copy another person's mistakes
