Well...um...how has the family situation over at you guys' side been? I don't hear very good things about it from Alex, and I've been a bit concerned if anything is happenin' to you guys >_<;

Hmm... Nothing serious has ever happened really. My mother's very strict and realistic, she's not a fan of anything that's not schoolwork or will help us get a job. I get why she does it but she has no tolerance for us lazing around or playing games. She's a non stop workaholic so she expects us to be the same. She despises anime which makes life kinda hard.
But she still gives great life advice and is always there to help us through thick and thin. She's a bit overbearing though
My father's a science nut and hates all the fantasy, 'not real', 'pokemon' stuff (no matter what it is it's pokemon to them). He knows a lot and likes more silliness than my mother and lets us get away with more. He's kind of grown tolerant of our games and anime and stuff by now even if he disapproves.
We're not perfect but it works...

As basics, a Persona is a physical manifestation of your psyche. A 'mask that protects you from hardships'. You know, like if you're tired and feeling miserable but 'mask' it all by putting on a smile?
Well regular people have one major mask and if they had potential, the Mask could act as a weapon against shadows...'the darkness of the human soul'.
...Those things try to eat people
...really.
The Personas have strange elemental types and weaknesses as well. These affect the summoner as well. A Fire based user might not like cold places etc...
All the Personas are ranked under the twenty two tarot Arcana from Fool to World. Fool is special because they can shift their mask into any of the Arcana. And the Fool or 'Wild Card' is the Main Character.
Fools don't have one Persona, they have unlimited amount. But since it was based off a game, you get a full two hundred or so when you get strong enough.
The Dark Hour, is the time between one day and the next, a hidden hour that only those with 'potential' can access. Its also the time when shadows roam. A regular person wouldn't register the Dark Hour, they transmogrify into a coffin during the time.
For example, if a Persona User was standing infront a regular person when Dark Hour hit, the Persona User would seem to vanish. The Persona user would see the regular person turn into a coffin and continue walking. Wherever he ended up when Dark Hour ends, he will seem to magically appear from midair to normal people.
