BTW Quantum of Solace was a good title, and they knew what they were talking about. Not only did you fail to realize that quantum can also mean something fairly large (apparently a quantum leap is a long distance) but also the name of the organization they were attempting to investigate in the film is named Quantum.

Yes a quantum leap is a long distance, in a microscopic scale. It changes from one orbit to another. Relatively (to the atom it orbits) it is a vast difference. Relatively (to your eye) it such a minuscule change you can't see it. However if the badguys are named Quantum, I will accept that as some sort of justification.
