Hi so yes you need to refund my friend's money since you frauded them and sent their oc (of which they paid for) to someone new and kept their money? You've been very rude to them and above all you have with-held a refund which is rightfully theirs to claim. You need to refund them or help them get the character properly under their name again, because it is not their fault in the first place, and you are the one who gave it away behind their back just because you needed more money. Um this is none of your businesses but i already noted them my paypal balance, transactions, and notifications. Likr i told them before, it will take 21 days until the money is jo longet pending and is sent into my balance, and then i will be able to refund them.

Instead of refunding, why don't you help them get the character rightfully put under their name? It's theirs to begin with. Even if you do refund them you've still committed fraud by attempting to give it away behind their back. You can wait twenty one days for money.
I also heard you didn't refund the second person involved because they made a beware on you? And rightfully so. With behavior this unprofessional, people deserve to know.
