Of course, always looking to support indie comic artists. I am doing a comic called Nutjob about a guy who gets railroaded in court, loses everything, then fights back only to find the local government with help from the state and feds is running drug, and prostitution rings, so he starts a war. I appreciate all the help I can get. I have the entire comic laid out, and mostly done, but problem is I on work breaks, some at home, so its on 8 1/2 x 11 and some are on comic bristol board, some are inked for test pages, some not. I have to go over the whole thing, and tie it together basically, all pencils, then all inks.

thanks for some feedback. I offered my inker $150 to ink the first five pages and the cover recently, just to get what we need done for submissions, hopefully it lights a fire under his butt, because I have at least a four issue mini series written out. Yes, it is open for anyone to ink and or color it, if they want to take a shot at getting hired. Its very controversial, so we might get told we have to change some things, but its generally based in reality, and totally constitutionally justified, and hell, I know people that already want to buy a copy, I mean, this could sell on the street or at conventions. I'd like to team up with other artists and do a really cool zine with multiple story lines like the old heavy metal.

ya, I like your stuff too, hopefully we can work together on something some time. I live in a small, kind of messed up town, and I can't find other comic book artists around here who either have what it takes or will get up off their hind end and do something.

I know all about that, even though, retrospectively, I now see that there were cool people in the shithole I emerged from, I was just not ready to see. BUT, my friend, that is what you have this place for. That's what I'm doing here and that's what you're doing here, so hooray for one of the few places on the internet where it is possible.

You definitely have a lot going for you, I'll follow and see where you art will go. I just had a look at your newest deviation, it looks real good, so keep it up.

Thanks, you as well. I'm looking for people who want to put together a zine of shorts, a few pages each, then we can each sell it locally in our area, and put it in our portfolios for hire. rather than try to do a full issue by ourselves.

Hmm... I guess I might try and collaborate on the zine by inking over any artist's pencils with my own traditional inking brushes. I can print out pencil pages by using the printers. Than ink over them on a light box of mine. I see it as a way of practicing my own inks. Is there anything else do you want me to do for your Zine that you do have in your mind?

I'm not sure how it will work out, since I might have lot of stuff going on in my life.

Well, I want to make sure I can keep the copyrights to my "The Outland Furry Freaks" comic intact. I'm not trying to do it as a ongoing comic at this point. It was my thesis art project at the art college, all 12 pages have been finished and I'm posting them one page each day to bring in new viewers as possible. Right now four pages have been posted so far.

If you do really want to put my 12 "The Outland Furry Freaks comic pages" in your own local zine, we could do that. On one condition, my "The Outland Furry Freaks" comic work have to be copyrighted to me as the creator and artist. I want to own the rights and have control over this comic of mine.

I understand, and me as well, of course you would be fully credited for it and I would make no claim to it, and as I said, all artists who submit could have a master copy to make issues from to sell it themselves or take to conventions to show.

As far as what I'm submitting I have posted it on my profile, 3 pages of "Star People" a sci fi story, and 5 pages of "Nutjob", a social commentary about a guy who stands up to corrupt police and government, 3 pages of which are posted and an inker is working on now.
