Ooooh hi newbie! xD Yes, Synlet used to be a hugely popular pairing, but since there hasn't been an Incredibles 2, it's largely died out. Luckily, there's still people like Candy-Holic, DestinyJade and moi who still write fanfiction, or people like Blonde-Hurricane who still draw fanart.

Yeah I can't get enough of this pairing I'm hoping to draw and write for it its cute and dark at the same time. Fanfiction has become increasingly rare for it I've found out but luckily with all the sequels pixar is doing they'll hype up on an Incredibles 2 and maybe that'll get the ball rolling again.

Excellent! We need more fanfiction/fanart people! They are a wonderful pairing, if a bit strange at times, but deeply addictive once you get started. xD I keep meaning to write something else, but then I'll watch another movie and it'll be like, "Yeah no...you're gonna do that plot. Only with Synlet." xD

I sincerely hope they do an Incredibles 2, even without Syndrome. ^^ I think there's rumors about it, since they're doing so many sequels, but I'm not sure how much of that is just fans hoping.

I know I sat there telling myself it was wrong and then it flew out the window like "I don't even care" Its nice to know I'm not alone in this. There is so much you could do with them I've always loved those enemy/lover pairing.

Well they did kind of drop off on the first Incredibles movie and that's normally something Pixar does. But it could be strong wishful thinking.

Goody. ^^ Some people get hung up on pairings because they're not from the same background, or they're supposed to hate each other, or something. I actually think it adds a lot of complexity to the relationship, since there's so many unknown variables in both of their lives that it leaves a lot of artistic license. xD

Strong wishful thinking is usually what I do. Same thing for Treasure Planet getting a sequel, not going to happen. xD

^^ It's not really awesome...The first four or five chapters are actually pretty solid, but it starts falling apart around Ch. 8...Ah well. I will eventually rewrite it.
