Well, thank you for that ^^ I don't know exactly how long it took to draw it, because I didn't have much time lately, so I worked on it over a week or so. I think it's around 5 hours, but I'm not sure about that (I usually keep track of the time I spend on a drawing, but this time my schedule was too scattered)

Well I'm not doing anything as interesting as computer science and i done my studying a couple of years ago, I work in restaurants which is fun getting to meet lodes of people with interesting personality's  but I feel the same art is a big part of me its just all iv ever done

Well, I guess you can call it interesting xD  I know what you mean, I wanted to start working too (as a programmer) because I didn't want to depend on my parents anymore, but I didn't managed to get a job and maybe it's better this way, because I can find some time to draw, even if it's not much. So now I'm trying (again) with commissions, while working on developing my skills ^^ Maybe I'm just running of real jobs, but in a life so unstable and uncertain, I think you can still give your dreams a chance

Well, that job was for a software developer position, but you can say I'm more into games than softwares xD About the commissions, I didn't get one yet, but I'm sharing the info as much as I can, so I still have some hope~ Unfortunately, it's true, you can't always earn your living through art and I think that's sad. Also, I think art is going digital too much

Yeh i considered game design work once, I didn't get a commission till i worked in pubs and restaurants where I could advertise my work so im sure you will cos you clearly have the talent ^^, I agree with you don't get me wrong I like digital and i sometimes use it but digital has taken over and traditional isn't appreciated as it should be.

Yea, game design would be pretty awesome, even though I'm practically on my way of becoming a programmer. Well, I got a commission once, but it was 3 years ago xD Since then I've tried a few times to reopen commissions, but with no result. Thank you for the appreciation, but I don't feel like a good artist yet, I still have a lot to practice. And although I didn't use digital much, when I'll get a tablet I will; that won't make me neglect traditional, tho ^^

At least you are getting some where in life programming would be good, with the commissions i find i have to just advertise my art to almost everyone i meet its like (hay how are you look at what ive drawn *throws my art book at them* ) and hope for the best (i dont really go that over the top) most of the time i just get comments like wow nice but if u find the right audience you can generate better results, no problem ^^ just keep drawing, yeh it is good fun with the tablet i think you will like it

Getting somewhere in life, huh. That sounds pretty big. Too big, haha xD I'd rather just draw my whole life. And well, it's cool that you can advertise that way, I didn't think of doing something like this. I sometimes draw during my uni courses, and people notice it and some are like okay, that's cool, nice (as you said), but nobody ever asked me to do a commission :c Just classmates who asked me to draw something for them (for free, of course). Anyway,  I have this dream, that one day I'll create a piece of art and anyone who would see it would be amazed xD I probably wont' make it though. But I'll keep drawing anyway. And yeah, I guess I'll like it; drawing with a mouse is annoying ^^'

Hehe yeh it dose sound big ye drawing was all i ever done i never thought about doing anything with it at first till people said i should try, you need to advertise to the right people mostly anyone from the age of 30 up are more likely to buy work than some one younger, i use to just draw for people till i relies-ed  i could charge them even if its a reduced rate cos they where a friend, keep at it and go bigger experiment and don't be afraid to make mistakes because that's how you learn and grow and eventually you will be surprising yourself with what you can do ^_^  
and yeh the mouse sucks lol
