I see the preview on the first icon pack you submitted, but not on the last one.

Ive had this problem a few times myself, but sadly i dont have any easy/good solution. But this is what i have done.

1. Make an edit by clicking the edit icon under the picture, (The icon wich has a pen and paper on it.) and reupload the image.

2. Delete the deviation and resubmit it.

3. Delete the deviation and submit it with a preview picture. (This shouldnt be necessary since you are using .jpg files for the fullview one. But perhaps it could do the difference.

Hope that you get it working from some of these ways.
