I don't know. There's something about Duncan's aloofness and arrogance that reminded me of Gunther's lovely front, and then the first episode of World Tour where he refused to sing and got disqualified. I think he might do it just to shock people. I see a modern-day Gunther as being a bit of an extrovert.
