My issue atm is worrying I've made enough or too much. - i'm also worried no one will buy anything as no one has online

Seeing work in person is very different than in photos online.  I am sure you will do fine...you also need experience doing this and as you do, it will get easier.  Yes, most of the time things do NOT sell, but very often they do!  If you don't try, you will never know.  People also like different styles, so if they do not buy yours does not mean it isn't good, it only means that just isn't their type of art. 

You can do this!!!  And you will have fun doing it.

And remember,...you said you had been asked to attend these events...no one would have asked you if your work were not good!!  You will be fine!

I know I'm just fretting and getting ahead of myself. Ive been doing this 7 months and I am worried that my items are too expensive or i'm not selling them for enough, I can never really make up my mind lol. Then it's 102 other things i need to organise. (if you haven't noticed I may worry too much lol)

no problem.  I don't know anything about pricing a piece, but I think you could perhaps either talk to someone connected with the event for advice, or, you will just have to give several of these events a try and learn from them.  I understand your worry, but you will be okay.  At some point, you will have to just make a decision and go from there.  I am sure you won't be far off, and every event is different.
