Mh no she doesn't cut herself.^^ I really do not like the people who are convinced that every emo is cutting him- or herself. But people who think that every black-wearing person is an Emo are even more terrible.^^ It's quite annoying to tell everyone " NO,I'm not an Emo and NO I do not cut myself." ^^

i wasn't sure if what emo meant to you was the same as it meant to me. here, in new jersey, teens use the word to ask if your gothic because they assume you cut yourself. after that bullying takes affect. don't understand why people have to bother some one thats different than them...
i thought maybe in germany you would use the word for its original content. i was just concerned for your sister so i asked.

That's no problem at all ^^ Here in germany Emo is often used as swaer word from "No-Emos" to annoy someboby who is an Emo in their eyes.^^ And persons who seem to be depressiv or in a bad mood are also often called Emos because many people have got prejudice against them. Actually I am not concerned with all this Emos stuff at all, because i belong more to the Gothic scene.^^ But this scene has to fight against even more prejudices, because quite a lot of people really believe that Gothics are persons who believe in Satan and this kind of stuff o.O. I had to talk with some teachers because they thought i might be in some kind of sect o.O.

wow, you had to talk to teachers? What they say (sorry, curious) I've never met anbody gothic in my school, I've seen a girl or two walk down the hallway that are gothic but never had a conversation with them. I don't talk a lot anyway

Well wearing black makes you look slimmern xD ok i don't know if that's true and i really doubt it but it's quite a funny answer to give someone who aks " Why are you just wearing black clothes all the time?"
