That sounds about right. He's got an ulterior motive. Nice I'm liking how most of the villains have their own agenda, and they've got a shaky alliance based on greed and lust for power. It has so much potential to backfire splendidly on them

It's hard to make them balanced and realistic. I'm not sure it can ever be fully done. You keep getting new ideas, incorporating them, and altering your little universe in a big way, is what I've found.
