I figure I'm polite enough, considering the circumstances.
You don't need to get enraged over it, it was bound to happen eventually; if you want to do 3d art, there are lots of learning resources around and there are plenty of assets available that people will give you permission to use. They may not be as good as the professional assets ripped from games that you're used to getting, but that's how it goes. Either work with assets you make or can get permission for, or keep getting hit with copyright infringement notices wherever you go...
I have a life, though I often surf the web while waiting on test renders, playblasts, and the like when I'm working on stuff. If anything, you're the one who spends time on stuff like this: [link] lol @ wireframe; why would you put effort into poorly faking a wireframe for something that is just an image mapped on a plane?
Oh well; good luck on your endeavors, regardless. I don't want to discourage you from pursuing 3d art altogether.

The guy is a total joke. I don't see why he would waste so much time on acting like he knows the subject rather than just actually learning it.
Then when he gets called out on it and his gallery gets taken down, he whines like a child and calls everyone "haters" and "jelly" rather than learning anything from the experience. I've been polite to him about it in the past, but apparently that just doesn't work with someone who is so egocentric.
I've made a few comments on his page and stuff as well, but they were hidden and I was blocked, of course. I can't imagine just how much time he must spend on the internet for him to hide comments so quickly after they're made; he must have no life at all. I don't really spend much time on dA myself, but after looking around for a bit, I'm amazed by how many people there are who are just like him on here and share his toxic mentality.
Anyway, we took rComplex off of Kickstarter after getting a good offer from a publisher. We've since released it on iOS so far; the reviews haven't been the best and we're working to update it so that it plays and performs better as well as add some features, then we plan to bring it to Android devices. Awesome, thank you! Considering the level of work I see you adding to your favorites, I take that as a huge compliment.
I'm not nearly at the level of mastery as many of the other 3d artists I see on here, I'm mainly just involved in little indie titles currently and my workflow is really messy, haha.
If any of our projects result in some seriously noteworthy success though, I would love to do something like that concerning making game assets as well as our game design theory and development process.
I'm mainly a compositing artist with Nuke and the like, but I've probably become a bit too rusty to speak on that anymore.

The new job is awesome. After hearing stories about how unmerciful this industry is, I was prepared for the worse, but I've been pleasantly surprised so far. They're a great studio.
