I don't think you should be asking ME to draw this.
First of all, I'm pretty sure you're asking me to draw fetish art and I'm not too comfortable drawing that. Second, I'm more comfortable drawing animals and I'm not the best at drawing people, I'm very bad at drawing feet and feel much more comfortable drawing paws.
The art I post is mainly animals and furry art, I wouldn't feel comfortable drawing her and even if I did draw her, it would most likely not turn out well, so my answer is no. If you want someone to draw it, I would highly recommend that you ask someone else (especially if it's a foot fetish or has human feet as a main focus because like I said, I'm bad at drawing human feet). I'm sorry if my answer disappointed you, but I most likely won't change my mind
