Most of us think that, to differing extents. I am a common debater on Sangheili anatomy. I do my best to balance canon with real life fact using my interest in biology. Breasts can make sense, but only if the Sangheili can close their mouths, which, if they couldn't, would be very bad. Hair is possible, though obviously not common as in game none is shown. The most common debate is live birth or eggs. Both make sense, both have support in canon. Elites have bellybuttons, but in a comic it is said they hatch (though not specifically from eggs).
But most of their anatomy is left to the artist!
