Thanks! We are actually some who believe both in love and God. He was the one that created love following the bible, the biggest sin must be trying to stop it. I am sadly disappointed and sad about those of us who go out hurting people in God's name v_v... It make us all look like mental unstoppable people... it's far away from all of us who is like that! Many of us is really good people, but sadly there is some of us who is look like that, and it's those you hear in the television v,-v...

So basically you ignore certain parts of the bibles as folly? There is allot of hateful things in the book, tons of it, do you follow it or just trow it away and chose to think there is just something out there that loves you regardless of who you are?

Others say that it was not just blanket homosexuality being condemned but homosexual rape, meaning it is different from homosexual behavior in loving relationships.


Leviticus 18:22 - "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable." (NIV)

Leviticus 20:13 - "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." (NIV)


Prostitution or Homosexuality?
Romans 1 discusses how the people gave into their lust. Yet the meaning of the acts described are debated. Some see the passages as describing prostitution while others see it as a clear condemnation on homosexual behavior.

Romans 1:26-27 - "Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion." (NIV)

Hateful things in the bibel is a very big word, my good man. It's consideres on how you understand it. I don't ignore it, I understand it my way, where other people understand in other.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - Most of those that aren't going to share God's kingdom you probably understand, but I think what he means with "men that sleeps with men" is not just homosexuals having sex, but he is saying (or so /I/ do believe he is saying), that just because your together with one of your own gender, you shouldn't have sex out of marriage; Gays doesn't make that exception. So, /I/ think he means that both men and woman shouldn't "make love to each other" out of marriage, like the sexual immoral, male prostitution and so on.

Leviticus 18:22 - I have to admit, that it's a more harsh one there... I think they meant, that you shouldn't just imagine your man as a woman, but understand and accept his gender/sex and love him for no less about it. But as I said, I am in doubt about that.. I think I ask my personal priest (my bff) about that. He always have good ways to explain things.

I don't get how you take words like that and twist them so much. If you said that in court they would say your guilty but then you say "well that's not what I meant! " It dosen't matter because that's what you said regardless of your interpritation. But..then if that was missworded then you are confessing that the bible is wrong so what's to say the whole thing isin't wrong? What if it just all bullshit if those lines are?

Oh, nooo, the bible is not bullshit! That's not what I think at least...

But, it's also written in the bible, for an example, that you should hate your parents. But most priests means, that it means that you should move away from them if they pull you away from your faith. It's just how you understands it.

Unless you find the verse that shows otherwise.
I really don't understand how you can interpret things differently than they are written.

The bible also says that yes, but it also say once that you have to hate them.
I just understand it differently from others.
