i am indeed actually! 
the story behind the hiatus is the fact that I had something similar to a cowriter who would help me past blocks and establish plot points, and she was also the creator of the character lydia, which is why lydia is such a stable part of the story so far. While i've been working on it and i've got several chapters drafted, my cowriter and I are no longer associated and I have to rewrite everything that's already been written, come up with new plot points, and find a way to terminate her character without having to rewrite all the previous chapters. My apologies for how long it's been taking!

I was thinking just a simple Sherlock X Reader oneshot? Something like Sherlock calls her up saying he wants her help for an experiment, but the experiment is him just teasing her and tickling her, just finding soft spots for future references. I dunno, I thought it would be cute.
