Hello. I'm sorry, but I really think you should be posting some of your own art onto this site. Art theft is against the rules. Also, frankly, simply pasting faces onto other peoples' art looks terrible. Instead of stealing other artists' pictures, and pasting horrible cut outs of actual people, try actually drawing your own art, or at least put a little effort into using bases. "Effort" isn't pasting your face onto a pre-clothed base. Also, believe me, when I find some links to the pictures you stole and didn't credit, I'll be reporting you.

That doesn't matter. In fact; you arn't even photomanipulating. You are just posting faces onto other people's art without permission. Photo manipulation is when you take a picture and edit it in say; photoshop or something.
