You are cute and kind and so, so perfectly timed.
I know you don't mean to be any of these things, you're trying to be reassuring and understanding but you're so much more than that, you're so quietly understanding. And I will never stop loving you for it. For some reason we started off by sharing the absolute worst things about each other, or at least you did, I'm still learning but I couldn't ask for a more patient shoulder to lean on. So I'll never complain about waiting for a reply, always support your problems, always bitch about people that annoy you and even put up with your occasional Alzheimer's because it's always worth it just to hear from you.
You know what? I'm going to look up how long it's been right now! [short pause]Β It's been three years as of the 22th June, doesn't it feel longer? (In a good way I mean...) We'll have to have a celebration at three and a half!
Anyway, my point is that I'm rather fond of you, ya big singing, broody, forgetful Sunflower. Now go enjoy your coffee, I've just had one and it was divine.Β
