Atlantis.. I got bored after work which means up at 3-4am so what do I do started watching nightmare before christmas, which led to me watching atlantis 1& 2. Then I went to bed and had a sick dream of free diving to atlantis, climbing its city towers and all this other random stuff.

That is a pretty sweet dream! I never have dreams like that, mine are only nightmares unfortunately. But every once in awhile I get one thats cool like that. It should definitely inspire some pretty cool work, do you have any ideas yet?

Yeah I never remember mine either so I keep a notebook on my nightstand so I can write them down when I wake up, that is, if I'm functioning enough to write a sentence.

You're like my brother, he has all these weapons by his bed, I just have my big metal flashlight to blind and then bop the head of the intruders. Are you pretty good with the throwing knives? I imagine that would take some practice.

Kind of like that guy with the tattoo of a bullseye on his forehead in Daredevil? He always looked pissed off but was pretty darn accurate. So you're a math wiz? I'm awful at math, more of an english/history person.

Oh the bubbles? They're actually done in acrylics, I had to put together a portfolio for an art competition last year. I couldn't figure out what to do so I was playing around with this huge glass paperweight that has all these bubbles inside it and I held it up to some Christmas lights and photographed the light shining through the bubbles, so then I did a series based on these photos I took. I refer to them as bubbles usually, but they also have reference to water and outer space as well, so they are kind of interpretive. Do you like them?

Thats icky that you had to work on Christmas :/ But I'm sure that the drinking helped a bit haha. I just went over to my aunt's house for dinner which was nehh.....BUT! I got some magnifying filters for my camera which means there shall be lots of closeup photography going on. Did you get anything good/interesting for Christmas?

Um i had a shooting happen outside my apartment christmas eve, and allot of drunk people at work that i had to deal with sense i work security. But as for get anything for christmas... not really.. I live a rather solitary life.

Oh dear, thats not good. Is it a bad neighborhood where you live? I didn't know you worked security, I can imagine there would be lots to deal with, especially when alcohol is involved. Even though you live a solitary life, did you still see family or anything?

Um not really a bad neighborhood its just i live near a bad street that has bad neighborhoods. Yea i work security at a casino 5pm-1am, kinda crummy hours but good pay and benefits. No i didn't see family i dont see eye to eye so yea... But its not that big of a deal for me.

Yeah thats kind of the way it used to be when I was little, the neighborhood we lived by had its issues, but its improved over the years. Thats kind of neat, working security at a casino, I imagine the job can get pretty interesting, even if the hours aren't that great. As for family, well, not all families work, we were just sort of born into them and unfortunately its not always a perfect match :/

Yea thats basically my case with my family im the black sheep but the only one really doing anything succeful. I'm not to worried about my neighborhood I can take care of myself but its always nice having an edge. Oh yea it gets interesting, i just ran into a guy i served with in the marine corps and i couldn't even remember his name lol.

I hate it when that happens! I'm horrible with names, I'll even briefly forget people's names that I know after a long winter break or something like that (that sounds so bad lol) So what did you do? A rubik's cube huh? lol, colorful and frustrating? just kidding! I could never figure those things out, however they came out with that rubik's cube 3D which is completely different, have you ever played with that? Now THAT I can do.
