How do you feel about Tim Sale?

Tim Sale's stuff is interesting and I like his style but not one of my favourites. I like Ramos' style for its free-flowing and somewhat cartoony nature. I guess I'm a sucker for expressive linework.
Got any other suggestions? I also really like J. Scott Campbell's stuff, although slightly pervy in nature. In fact, check out my addition to the influence map meme. [link] It shows some of my influences and favourite artists.

Based on what you like . . . hmmm,well, I don't really know that much that resembles your influences, so how do you feel about Jeff Smith? Scott Wegener? Stan Sakai (more for storytelling skill than the images out of context)? Also, you should definitely check out Miyazaki's Nausicaa comics. They can be a bit hard to track down but are definitely worth it.

Note that not all (and probably not most) of these have exceptionally expressive linework, this basically devolved into "stuff I think is cool."

Yeah, I actually knew most of those names you suggested, I think just Miyazaki's Nausica comics escaped my knowledge (which seems weird to me as I usually try to keep up with Miyazaki's work). Those other guys are pretty cool too, I even decided to follow a few. But yeah, expressive and cartoony, definitely my thing (Especially Jeff Smith's Bone series, of which I have read over and over again, awesome stuff)
