Okay, so I guess I only have one question - you're sure of the skin color in the description? I just ask because those pictures show him as a pale washed-out blue. The rest I think I understand; I just want to make sure everything is correct before beginning.
I would probably do it digitally, since that was how Offenderman was done. As far as price, I'll generally do between $75-$100, depending on how long it takes. If that doesn't work, let me know, it could be negotiable.
Also please bear with me, I am currently working, so I'll work on it as often as I can. And just let me know which skin tone to use - should he be dark black like in the description, or pale blue like those pictures.
