Yeah, I have a tablet. I'm afraid I've been abusing it for a while though, stabbing manically on it during random fits of rage, etc.
Anyways, I guess shading is something learnt with experience? I tend to keep mine simple xD

yeah. my key is to learn from others' work. some people look at the overall of a picture. but i look at the details and how the brush is stroked XD

well, it took me years and years of practice to get to this quality xD I'm still improving though! ^w^
I think the hardest part is trying to proportion them correctly on the face...because sometimes I have problems with that too xDD

on the other hand, I can't really draw chibis chibi enough xDD I have a separate style for chibis now ;w;

hmm. I think the easiest and fastest way is through guiding lines? (you probably see those in anime drawing tutorials, but idk.)

I didn't learn via tutorials, so it's just trial and error. Which, of course, took me this many years. xDD
