I have the points! So this is a character I have been longing to make since I made my DeviantArt account. Ahh, I'm so excited! Prepare for the large paragraph!

Okay, so my character will be called Crescent, Cress for short, and she will be based off of the moon, and a little bit off ice. She'll be mostly light blue, light gray, and some other shades of blues and light purple. Cress is a pegasus, and she wears a cloak that is dark blue with silver around the edges. She suffers from bipolar depression, so she has quite a bit of random mood swings. I've decided that when she wears the hood of the cloak, she'll look sad, and very tired and depressed. When she doesn't wear the hood of the cloak, she's much more happy. This way, people will be able understand the character a bit more. Crescent's cutie mark is always covered by the cloak so that won't be necessary. She has slight OCD, so she is very neat. So is her mane. Her mane and tail is actually fancy, it will be based off of this.

Except not the same color, of course. If the mane is too hard, you can change it, but try to keep it seem like she's trying to make it look good! You can choose what color her mane and tail will be, just make sure it matches the theme of the moon and such. ^^ Her eyes are dark blue. If you have any questions, just let me know!
