Yeah, honestly I hope they change things next year because as it is working on a film is the -WORST- thing to do. There's really either an internship, working on a game or working on a movie.
With an internship, you get paid, it goes as experience on your resume, you get industry advice/help, etc. etc.
With a game, you get junior assistants to help out during the second semester not to mention you have less in term of animation.
... Yep. I guess the benefit of working on a movie is that you have more freedom, but it means you also have more freedom to fuck up.
