Well, most of it I learned just by experimentation, but here are some... #Divine-Tutorials has a good amount of them. I really like `Sugargrl14 's eye tutorial -- it's what gave me the basis for doing my eye manips. Uh. I can't really think of anything else, but I know that if you google photoshop tutorials, you'll get a LOT of hits. :]
