color means COLOR.not a shade. if you shade something, you shaded it-not colored.and you can shade things with color.(makes you just LOVE pencil crayons)but we have gone off topic. look- i dont want to diss you. but pat is one of my VERRRY best friends. weather you think your alowed to say anything you want to him or not, i dont like what you did say.and as one of his best friends, its my job to make shure you understand the difference between making fun of someones art talent, and critisizing thier art, and giving constructive critisisme.ok? you cant go arrown telling people they draw badly for thier age group. its rude. and anyone can draw anyway they want-older or younger than you.and you are talented.i had to look for things to say(sept for the short arms

you know, its KINDA hard to color something that youve shaded with pencil. and technically, they ARE colored...just only with one color.

ok, in the last pic in your galery, the arms are way to short.it looks like they got shrunk in the wash or something.also the feet are dispreporunate to...by alot. they look the same size as the hand. (small)you have a problem with feet.in that blue pic, they are also to small....and her fingers are verry pointy...ops..didnt mean to fav that..her feet take away from your "feaured devotion". theyre big, and then they point. it looks funny. and his arms are short to...there like little stub people.

yeah!(im rlp's friend) you dont have the right to critisize someone that badly.its rude! and not every picture he draws has to be perfectly colored and angular, it was just a doodle! your pics arnt perfect eather. your allowed to give constructive critisisme, but you really dissed him.and people can draw things as young as they want, whatever age they are, and you cant tell them that thier doing something wrong.and i happen to know that he IS 14, and is working really heard to get better at drawing, and people like you wont help him to want to try!!he hasnt been drawing for long, and considering how much he is improoving over the year makes me very proud. and he dosnt need art classes.its a HOBBY. you dont need to be compleatly perfect at it to enjoy it. you need an attitude adjustment more than he needs art lessons!...well, im going to go now..i am done venting for today. -_-

the eyes on the jellyfish pic. there to long and flat, and lacking some detail. with more detail, it would emphisise the effect of your coloring. also, your second pic is dispreportionate. i no the character was supposed to be short, but thier legs are to stubby and the arms look to long. also in that pic, i find you use to much white to shade and "blend" with (if thats what you do) or you use your white to lightly, because it drains the color out of your pic, making it look dull.if you mby tried blending your white with grey, and colored a little darker, your pics would look more vibrant.
im not a wimp. and pat DOES try.just because your younger, it dosnt meen he should be doing better.and sometimes, people draw for FUN. just because they like to. you dont have to do something perfectly for you to enjoy it. and hes just learnig. he only really started tryin this year. you cant tell someone he or se isnt trying heard enough unless you knoe what thier potentiol is, how good they can be and how lond theyve actually been doing it, and i know about Pat, and i dont like some of the comments you made, like the ones about the drawing lessons, the style he does, and his age. you can comment on pics without putting down the artist. the pics are what we are SUPPOSED to be commenting on, anyways.

before you start ranting about how poor your friend is, you MIGHT try READING MY INFO. im only 13 which is YOUNGER than your friend. so stop obsessing over that.
youre right, not everything he draws is perfect. but shouldnt he at least make a feeble attempt?
i have a right to critizice anyone in any way that i want, unless theyve specifically asked for me not to. and what do you mean, im allowed to give constructive critisizm? like i said, im allowed to write anything i want, from "LOOKY BAGELS FLY" to insane swearing.
so i dissed your friends art, but i gave reasons for it, unlike YOU who just wrote "you art isnt perfect either." no, its not. and i know that. but, if you would like to say WHY its not perfect, please share it, unless youre one of those wimps who tells people their art is bad just because you dislike the person who drew it. well, sorry, but how well something is drawn is not affected by what you think of the person who drew it. you might say that i drew their neck wrong, or that i shaded one part incorrectly. just tellling me that my art isnt perfect isnt helping either of us. because the way i see it, you cant find anything wrong with what ive drawn, and youre just writing that to get even for your friend. well you know what? its not having any effect. and, i respect your artistic skills. i saw your art, and its very cool and very unique. however, unless you can give me a few comments on how to improve my art, im going to continue thinking that you honestly cant do any better than me. because you cant give me any proof that you can.
