Even though nobody had come to their aid when they called for help, they made sure that every soul would be saved. 
They reached deep inside of Omega Flowey's chest and grasped onto somebody's clammy hand.
They pulled them out; expecting to see another innocent human Flowey absorbed. It was Asriel; the young prince. 
Frisk's eyes widened, the urge to kneel pestering at her. They had only seen a picture of him; they weren't expecting to see him as a lost soul.
