Only a minority of people here upload "stolen" works, however that's a big minority. Most artists I see here upload their own photos/paintings/drawings/whatever.
Yes they would, because the website can be taken down for providing copyright over already copyrighted materials. Copyright infringement is a real crime, which can range from 5 years in prison and can be up to $500,000 fine, and in the United States anyone over 13 can stand trial as an adult, if the courts think one is mentally capable.

I did read the link and I don't see how my fan pictures are a big deal. They say in the description that I don't own them and that I'm just using them as a fan to help promote something I enjoy. I don't understand why you're attacking me personally as opposed to all the other people on here that post them as well.

Well, to be completely honest with you, it's none of your business to tell anyone if they're breaking rules. It's their choice, not yours. It's not your place to tell everyone. You don't own this site, so it's not your job. Not trying to be rude, but the way you say things as if I'm unintelligent is rude and intolerable. They don't seem to care much because loads of users do this. It's really only an issue if the original owner of the photo decides to press charges, which I doubt will happen. So, please. If you want to talk and be friends, that's lovely, but please stop bothering me with this. I'm well aware of my actions and if asked, I will remove the photos, but until then, it's my issue and mine alone. Thanks for your concern though, but I can assure you that I can handle this on my own.

I know it isn't, but I enjoy doing this. I care for people, so I don't want anyone having trouble in the staff (unless they deserve it).
I'm not saying you're unintelligent, I warning you that what you're doing is wrong and you can be penalized, and showing where your arguments are faulty. By warning you I'm giving you a chance to fix your mistakes and avoid any trouble with the staff and other members who do as me.

How can you say that you care for people when you've never actually met them? That doesn't make much sense. In my opinion, I think you just like starting arguments with people and trying to be a "goody two-shoes" if you will, by pointing out that what they're doing isn't exactly allowed. Yet many others do it. I just don't think it's your place and I'd appreciate it if you dropped the subject and talked about something else, or nothing at all.
